Since 1987, President Bruce Hinrichsen led our team with decades of industry experience, setting the standard for superior HVAC service in the region. In 2003, Bruce's son Mitch joined the family business — starting in the sheet-metal shop and rising through installation and service.
After Bruce's passing in 2014, Mitch stepped up to lead the company with the same passion and determination — expanding our reach across Greater Peoria and the surrounding Central Illinois towns, while upholding the values his father instilled.
