1. Free estimate first
We look at your home and your existing equipment, then put options and pricing in writing. You'll know the real number you're financing — not a guess.
Move forward with clear terms from trusted financing partners — options explained before you commit.
Major HVAC work shouldn't mean guessing at your budget. We work with trusted financing partners so qualified homeowners can move forward with confidence.
Financing offers, rates, and approvals are determined solely by the issuing lender. Terms, fees, and eligibility are not controlled by us.
Financing at Hinrichsen Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a four-step process: a free written estimate, a short application with one of our third-party financing partners, a clear approval with the monthly payment in front of you, and then the installation. The lender — not us — sets rates and terms, and nothing is installed until you've approved both.
We look at your home and your existing equipment, then put options and pricing in writing. You'll know the real number you're financing — not a guess.
If you want to finance, you apply directly with the financing partner. The decision, rate, and terms come from the lender, and most applications take minutes.
You see the monthly payment and full terms before you approve anything. No work starts until you've signed off on both the system and the payment plan.
Most replacements are completed in a day. Your warranty paperwork, registration, and financing documents are all handled before we leave.
Financing applies to qualifying equipment — the big-ticket replacements and new installations where a monthly payment matters most. Every system we install is one we also service, across Greater Peoria and surrounding Central Illinois towns.
Financing makes the most sense when a full replacement is the right call: your furnace or AC is near the end of its life, repair costs are stacking up, or you're upgrading to a much more efficient system (like a heat pump or geothermal) whose energy savings offset part of the payment.
It's usually the wrong tool for a small repair — and we'll tell you so. The classic mistake we see is financing a major repair on a 15-year-old system twice, then replacing it anyway. Before you sign anything, we put the repair-versus- replace math side by side so you can decide once, with real numbers.
Also ask us about rebates and incentives before financing the full amount — qualifying high-efficiency and geothermal systems can be eligible for utility rebates and federal incentives that lower what you need to borrow in the first place.
Everything, in writing: the equipment and model being installed, the total project price, the monthly payment and full lender terms, and the warranty coverage — parts, labor, and compressor — reviewed line by line before you approve the proposal.
Financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to credit approval. Rates, terms, fees, and eligibility are determined solely by the issuing lender and may change. Hinrichsen Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. does not set or control lending terms. See our Terms for details.
