I hired a local company to fix my geothermal unit and after three attempts and a $2000 bill, I was no closer to having it fixed. I began looking for a company that specializes in geothermal units and found Hinrichsen Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. I live 1 1/2 hours away from them and when I called, they didn’t blink an eye at the distance. The technician was significantly more experienced and better informed than the previous company. He was able to identify items they had missed, plus identified they had correctly surmised the cause of my system malfunctioning, but had installed the part incorrectly. Their communication with me at each step was excellent and their fees/charges were less than I expected. My overall experience with this company was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

The furnace went down, made multiple 2 am calls. They responded in a timely manner, and professionally, and they were able to provide the exact services needed to get me up and running. Doug was the only name I heard or remember lol so he gets the credit!
