How does the free first hour of labor work?
After you’ve completed a seasonal maintenance visit with us, any follow-up service call starts with the first hour of labor at no charge. It’s built for customers who stay on a maintenance schedule — not a one-time coupon.

Why does maintenance matter this much in Central Illinois?
Because our equipment works both ends of the thermometer. A system that idles through a mild coastal winter gets a pass; a Goodfield or Peoria system runs hard through July humidity and then again through January cold, often within the same year of ownership.
The failure pattern we see most is simple: the systems that die young are the ones nobody looked at. Skipped fall tune-ups become mid-January no-heat calls; a clogged condensate line in June becomes a shut-down AC on the hottest weekend. Twice-a-year maintenance exists to catch exactly those failures while they're still cheap.
Does maintenance affect my warranty?
It protects it. Registered Daikin systems carry a 12-year parts limited warranty and WaterFurnace geothermal systems carry 10-year parts and labor coverage — and manufacturers expect the equipment to have been reasonably maintained when they review a claim.
Because visits are documented, your service history is on file with us. If you ever need a manufacturer review, the paper trail already exists.
Do you maintain geothermal systems too?
Yes — geothermal is our specialty. We've installed more than 1,000 geothermal systems since 1987, and we maintain what we install: loop pressures, flow rates, and heat-of-extraction checks that a generalist tune-up simply skips.
If another company installed your geothermal system, we can still take over its maintenance — that's a common way new customers find us.
How much does a visit cost?
